MK Serving was founded on a simple read: the AI talent market is flooded with introductions and starved of trust. We built a curated firm — one shortlist, one rubric, one signed offer — for founders who can't afford a bad hire.

Most "global talent" companies are recruiters wearing engineering t-shirts. They optimize for the introduction, not the outcome.
We started MK Serving because the gap was the other way around: brilliant senior operators across emerging markets, ready to do world-class work, drowning in the same opaque funnel as everyone else. And on the founder side, a flood of résumés that all looked identical.
So we narrowed. One bar. Three rounds. A handful of niches. We sell the curation, not the headcount — and we only get paid when a founder signs someone we'd hire ourselves.
