    We hunt the top 1% of already-skilled AI-native operators across Africa, South Asia, and Latin America. Inbound is closed; every candidate is referred or sourced.

    We vet

    Three rounds: a paid take-home graded against a public rubric, a senior-practitioner code or work review, and a founder-bar interview. Roughly 1.2% clear all three.

    We place

    We hand you a shortlist of two to three operators we'd hire ourselves. Median 14 days from intro to signed offer. Payroll runs through Deel or Remote.

  • Recruiters get paid to introduce. We get paid only when a vetted operator clears our bar and you sign. Our funnel rejects roughly 99% of applicants — the candidate you meet is one of a small number we believe we'd hire ourselves.

  • A flat placement fee, paid on signing. Optional ongoing management retainer if you want us to handle performance reviews, escalations, and quarterly calibration.

  • We partner with Deel and Remote for the legal employer-of-record relationship. You get one invoice; the talent gets paid in USD on a clean monthly cycle.

  • Median time from intro call to signed offer is 14 days. We only run a search when we have a shortlist that already meets the bar.

  • 30-day replacement window on every placement. If we don't find a second match that works, you get a full refund of the placement fee.
